Who are we ...
Kathy has a background in the Merchant Navy and has spent time as a Navigation Officer sailing Container Ships around the world. Moving ashore to start her family, Kathy has continued to work globally, relocating finally back to the UK in 2013 to focus on her leadership career.
Passionate about her family as well as her work, Kathy understands the importance of creating balance between work and home. One of the main drivers for establishing Fyrtårn has been to enable a better balance in that respect.
The other primary reason for creating Fyrtårn is that Kathy has always thrived on supporting, (challenging!), developing others and enjoying seeing the results from personal and professional growth.
Kathy draws on a wealth of business acumen, leadership and life experience to enable the right questions to be posed to support all of our clients in the right way at the right time.
